Available as of July 18! A full-color, write-on coursebook designed to make ocean science engaging, interactive, and easy to learn. Each chapter combines clear explanations, stunning photography, marine wildlife, maps, graphs, and scientific illustrations to help students understand how the ocean works. Throughout the course, students complete short writing activities, analyze real scientific data, interpret maps, and participate in online investigations that extend learning beyond the printed page. Volume 1 provides a complete semester of ocean science.
